Project overview

Studio Henderson have been appointed the Interior Design within the communal spaces of a brand new Extra Care development in Fleetwood coming summer 2020. Lighthouse View is on Chatsworth Avenue in Fleetwood. It will have 72 high quality one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to rent for people aged 55 and over. The scheme has also been developed in consultation with residents.
