Elmwood Park, The Depot, Moss side, Manchester

Studio Henderson has been appointed to design the interiors of communal spaces at Elmswood Park, which encompasses 54 two and three-storey family homes, and 204 one to three-bedroom apartments, including 72 for retirement living. These facilities aim to benefit the wider community and integrate smoothly into the neighborhood. The new homes are designed to complement the area’s late Victorian architecture while featuring modern, open-plan interiors.

The development's six-acre plot will enhance biodiversity with landscaped private gardens and tree-lined streets, including a communal garden for the retirement living section.
